We provide a full range of community legal services to the Porirua and Kāpiti communities. We also provide limited legal representation for people facing criminal prosecutions, where legal aid is not available because of the nature of the offence. This service is dependant on available resources.
We also give advice over the phone, although if the matter is complex or documents need to be sighted or drafted clients will be asked to come in. When we give ‘phone advice', there are a number of questions we will have to ask to establish a client’s identity and entitlement to our services.
